    Description:  Develop and implement a working business plan for the territory. This includes strategic growth plans, specific sales and revenue targets, increased brand awareness, and how they will be achieved within the allocated budget and resources as established. Assist as a coach and motivator for territory dealers. Partner to grow their business by setting realistic goals. Aggressively work with dealers to develop strategies to increase sales of company products to their customers. Deliver prompt assistance through sound advice and overall value to meet the increasing needs of the customers and prospects. Conduct training sessions to increase overall product, program, and sales skill ability of dealers. Work closely with the sales staff of dealers to offer direction to better market and sell Company products. Facilitate dealer personnel training for parts and service by providing direction to ensure the targeted dealer staff attends Company-sponsored/required training and to support application of the training by participants. Conduct support training clinics as planned and agreed to by the company

    Qualifications:  Mainly MN, WI and a bit of Iowa and possibly a bit of extreme northern IL. Individuals to live central to the district which is Twin Cities or Rochester area.
